They have got my request regarding the connected room & it’s near to universal area and all activities walking distance

In the front desk they didn’t explain the facility such as the breakfast time until we ask

Well located but a bit pricy.

Very well located indeed. Walkable distance to the express train that goes around Sentosa, in 10 min to the beach on the train. The beach is not really for swimming. Major attractions walkable distance. Swimming pool is ok, no slides or anything so can be a bit boring for kids. But you have the waterpark outside.

What was the highlight of Resorts World Sentosa - Hotel Ora

Very Good

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I wrote that i was celebrating my honeymoon there with my wife and they went above and beyond decorating the room and providing some freebies which is always nice. I also like the fact that it's an eco-hotel so you room has both a fan and aircon so you don't have to set the temperature too low. The amenities in the room are also really good. The complementary minibar comes with a variety of drinks (non-alcoholic) and the breakfast really showcase some really good local food.

While I like the eco-hotel, it's kind of sad that for my honeymoon, it was obvious they kind of reused certain stuff from other people's anniversary etc. Also, for a fairly recently renovated hotel, the balcony window lock was spoiled, granted we were on the 7th floor so short of spiderman nobody would come in but might be a little worrisome. Also, the sounds of water going through pipes can be heard when I guess other guest are taking a shower. Breakfast is somewhat disappointing for a 5 star hotel. I'm wasn't expecting champagne or anything but having some breakfast items gone 2 hours into service is a first for me. The drinks selection was also limited as only the local black tea was available (you could have green tea but you needed to ask for it). Also at the time of this review (end Feb 2024). The main shopping/dining area of RWS is undergoing renovation so the aircon isn't functioning too well and dining options are limited

Need too improve.

Hotel was good. Pool. Facilities. Located.

Room air con not working correctly so we were moved to up grade. Free. So was good. The food in restaurants for breakfast was more of Indian and Chinese food not western. Unless you ask for it. Poor selection. Really for price paid Got messed around regarding room a lot of confusion by hotel

Overall our stay was very good

Great location with access to Universal Studios , the aquarium, water park and other activities . Easy access to the mono rail to move around the island and to get back to the mainland

Short adventure trip with my wife in Sentosa

The location was simply excellent, within walking distance to main attractions of Sentosa island and both, the cable car and train, to reach the other sides of the island. Has a shopping mall on the ground floor, a collection of restaurants just outside and just a hop to universal studios. Their breakfast selection was also superb.

The room service food menu could be better, I would rather go out and grab a bite than oder from their service menu; which they serve in takeout boxes, (to be more green) but not worth the money or the taste. Their lobby is nice to sit but not much to offer in terms of food, which they have a self serving checkout food shelf.
